At Taren Jewelers LLC, our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining clear, fair, and transparent policies. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the conditions for returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged-item claims.

By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms below.
 

1. 14-Day Return Window (Non-Custom Items)

To maintain compliance with industry standards and provide customers peace of mind, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible products.
 

Eligibility Requirements:

You may return a standard, non-custom item within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Not resized, altered, or damaged

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once returned, items will undergo inspection.
If approved, you may choose between:

  • Refund to the original payment method (minus shipping fees), or

  • Store credit

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of wear, misuse, or modification.
 

2. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

For hygiene, customization, and manufacturing reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-made jewelry

  • Personalized or engraved pieces

  • Earrings

  • Made-to-order items

  • Final sale/clearance products

  • Items damaged due to customer handling

  • Any chain, ring, or bracelet modified by the customer

These remain final sale.
 

3. Opening Video Requirement (Damage Claims Only)

For damaged or incorrect items, we still require a clear, uncut opening video showing:

  1. The unopened, sealed package

  2. The full unboxing process

  3. The damaged/incorrect item clearly visible

This protects both the buyer and us from claims resulting from post-delivery damage or mishandling.
 

Valid Damage Claims Include:
  • Broken on arrival

  • Manufacturer defect

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Missing item

If the claim is approved, we will:

  • Replace the item at no cost
    OR

  • Provide store credit (if the item is unavailable)

Refunds are only issued in damage cases if no replacement/credit option exists.
 

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if processing hasn’t begun.

After processing starts, cancellations are not guaranteed.
 

5. Refunds for Approved Returns

For eligible, approved returns (see Section 1):

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank

If an item fails inspection, we will notify you and return the product to you.
 

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged item (with required opening video)

  • Eligible 14-day returns where you prefer an exchange instead of a refund

Exchanges for size or preference are accepted only for non-custom items in perfect condition.
 

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located:

  • The customer must file a claim with the carrier

  • Taren Jewelers LLC is not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery after delivery confirmation

We recommend shipping to secure addresses.
 

8. International Orders

International customers are responsible for customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
These charges are non-refundable.
 

9. Return Process

  4. Photos/video (for damage claims)

We respond within 24–48 hours.
 

10. Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time.
Changes will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
